Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing before March 31st 2026 and are subject to a 100$ cancellation fee. After March 31st, registration fees are not refundable.
Concordia University – SGW Campus
📍 General Orientation
The SGW campus is located in downtown Montreal around the Guy–Concordia metro station on the Green Line (). Most buildings are within a few minutes’ walk of each other.
🚇 From Metro Level (Guy–Concordia Station)
EV Building (1515 Ste-Catherine St. W.)
- The EV building is directly connected to the metro station via the underground tunnel system.
- Follow signage for Concordia / EV after exiting the fare gates.
- You can enter EV without going outside ().
MB Building (1450 Guy St.)
- From the metro, follow signs toward Concordia and the tunnel network.
- Walk through the underground passage connected to EV.
- From EV, continue through the tunnel toward MB (John Molson Building).
- MB is accessible internally without exiting to street level.
GN Building (Grey Nuns, 1190 Guy St.)
- GN is not directly connected to the metro tunnels.
- Exit the metro toward Guy Street.
- Walk north on Guy Street for a few minutes to reach the GN building entrance.
🚶 From Street Level
EV Building
- Located at the corner of Guy Street and Ste-Catherine Street West .
- Main entrance is on Ste-Catherine Street.
MB Building
- Located at 1450 Guy Street, near De Maisonneuve Boulevard West.
- Entrance is directly on Guy Street, a short walk north of EV.
GN Building
- Located at 1190 Guy Street (also accessible via St-Mathieu Street).
- Continue north past MB; GN is a few minutes further uphill.
⚠️ Construction Notice
- The intersection of Guy & Ste-Catherine (adjacent to EV) is currently under construction.
- Sidewalk access may be reduced or rerouted.
- If possible, consider using metro/tunnel access to EV and MB to avoid delays.

Registration to the conference includes the following social program:
- Reception at the historical Grey Nun’s building on Monday May 11th starting at 6pm
- Banquet dinner at Le Mount Stephen on Wednesday May 13th
- Access to exhibitions at the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal
