Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing before March 31st 2026 and are subject to a 100$ cancellation fee. After March 31st, registration fees are not refundable.

Social Program
Registration to the conference includes the following social program:
- Reception at the historical Grey Nun’s building on Monday May 11th starting at 6pm
- Banquet dinner at Le Mount Stephen on Wednesday May 13th
- Access to the special exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal
