On-Campus Accommodations
The conference team has arranged a special rate at the Alt Hotel Calgary University District for participants who wish to arrive early or stay through May 16. Located in the vibrant University District near the University of Calgary—with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby—this hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the Schulich School of Engineering, where the conference will be held.
Rates and Dates
- Standard King or Two Queen Beds: $169 per room, per night (plus taxes)
- Valid for stays from May 11 to 16
- Only 70 rooms are available for booking which will be first come first serve

- Cancellation policy: To avoid penalties, reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Off-Campus Accommodations
The conference team has secured a special off-campus rate at the SAIT Residence & Conference Centre (151 Dr. Carpenter Circle N.W., Calgary, AB, T2M 3G1), located on the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology’s main campus. This residence is conveniently situated near a C-Train station, providing an approximately 20-minute commute to the conference venue. Trains run about every 10 minutes on weekdays.
