Registration
Participants will be able to register for the conference starting from 6 pm on Monday, May 15th, at Lister Hall, Aurora Room (11613 87 Ave, NW). Registration will remain open during the welcome reception. Participants will also be able to register on Tuesday, May 16th, in the Engineering Teaching and Learning Complex (ETLC) Building, 6th Floor, located at 9120 116 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 2V4.
Welcome Reception
Participants are invited to attend the welcome reception on Monday, May 15th, from 6 pm to 9 pm at Lister Hall, Aurora Room (11613 87 Ave, NW).
Coffee Breaks
Coffee breaks and viennoiseries will be provided in all three mornings, as well as in the afternoons of Tuesday, May 16th, and Wednesday, May 17th.
Lunch
Please note that CICS will not provide lunch. You may enjoy on-campus food options within walking distance. Please see the map below this page for the main food courts on campus; SUB and HUB malls. Social Gathering (Pub Night!)
We are organizing an informal “Pub Night” at MKT Edmonton (8101 Gateway Blvd Edmonton, AB T6E 3X8) for Tuesday night, May 16th. Please note that guests will be paying for their meal and/or drinks, and will be responsible for their own transportation.
MKT would like guests to register for the event through this link to ensure they have enough space.
Banquet
The CI/CS Conference Banquet will be held on Wednesday, May 17th, in the University of Alberta University Club (Faculty Club), located at 11435 Saskatchewan Dr NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 2G9 (drinks at 5 pm, dinner at 6 pm).
