The following dates are tentative and will be finalized on February 13^th, 2023.

• • February 27^th, 2023 – Monday, March 6^th – Abstracts due
  • March 13^th, 2023 – Monday, March 20^th – Authors notified of abstract acceptance
  • March 30^th – Registration opens
  • April 17^th, 2023 – Final papers due
  • April 28^th, 2023 – Last day for early bird registration
  • May 4^th, 2023 – Last day to cancel registration for a $50 penalty fee
  • May 15^th, 2023 – Registration and Welcome reception at 6 pm
  • May 15^th to 18^th, 2023 – CICS Technical Meeting
