The following dates are tentative and will be finalized on February 11th, 2022.

• • February 28th, 2022 –  Monday March 7th – Abstracts due
  • March 14th 2022 – Authors notified of abstract acceptance
  • April 18th 26th, 2022 – Extended abstracts due
  • April 29th, 2022 – Last day for early bird registration
  • May 6th, 2022 – Last day to cancel registration for a $50 penalty fee
  • May 16th, 2022 – Registration and Welcome reception at 6:00 pm
  • May 16th to 19th, 2022 – CICS Technical Meeting
