Low Carbon Fuels & Clean Combustion

  1. Title: Low Carbon Fuels and Clean Combustion
  2. Description: Postdoctoral Fellow to carry out research on the development of advanced combustion strategies of ammonia (NH3) as an emerging carbon free fuel for internal combustion (IC) engines. The Postdoctoral Fellow will join the Low Carbon Fuels and Clean Combustion team, which focuses on fuel switching research to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transportation and other industrial applications. This project will develop advanced combustion strategies to apply NH3 in IC engines. The project will focus on identifying the fundamental mechanisms of NH3 combustion and developing new combustion strategies to address the the potential issues associated with NH3 combustion in IC engines.
